Does your dog struggle to focus in new environments? Is obedience solid in the home, but seems to magically disappear when distractions appear? Our 2 week Board and Train program is designed to turn the basics into a bold new dog through engagement games, play, obedience, and immersion into your daily life. This on-leash program tackles the difficulties of your dog by creating clarity in expectation and a desire to work with their handler; this program can be adapted to incorporate conditioning and e-collar basics for an additional fee at owner’s request.

This program covers sit, down, place, come, leash manners, appropriate in-home behaviors, door manners, and daily manners for the average pet parent! Dogs with minor behavioral problems such as those who are overly excited around dogs on walks or who need to build some confidence are perfect candidates for this program!

For those dogs needing a little bit more—whether they’re an advanced learner or totally off the walls, our 3 week Board and Train starts with understanding the leash to get them off of it! Obedience is accomplished through a solid understanding of luring, shaping, and leash pressure as well as a fun and functioning relationship with our trainer. All skills taught in our board and train program are taught to both the dog and the owner as progress is made! Starting the 2nd week of training, we offer optional real-world outings with the owner so you can see your dog’s progress in action. From hikes to stores, your dog will learn how to function and thrive in the chaos of the real world.

This program covers sit, down, place, stay, come, leash manners, in-home manners, door manners, appropriate greetings, proper socialization, daily function and public experience both on and off leash! Included with the program are three private lessons—one go-home lesson, and two to be scheduled at owners’ discretion. Dogs with mild to moderate behavior issues are recommended for this program depending on the owner’s goals with their dog.
